5.4 Processing Times

777cb2 aims to process withdrawal requests for JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. These timeframes are targets rather than guarantees and may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

5.5 Refused Deposits

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Account Suspension & Termination

777cb2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a withdrawal request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, 777cb2 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation, typically within 30 business days.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777cb2 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property
